Corporate Social Responsibility

At TPP, we don’t just talk about CSR. We enjoy supporting the sector we work with and believe this gives us an empathy which is reflected in our quality of service to both our candidates and clients.

Our TPP Giving Back programme offers various additional free services to non-profit organisations, such as free advertising for volunteer jobs, seminars and webinars  to educate and inform and over £30,000 has been awarded through our Altogether Better Inclusive Recruitment Grants.

Many people within TPP like to support charities in their spare time, so we offer every employee 5 day’s paid volunteering leave each year. If an employee has been working at the company for 2 years or more they can also apply for one week’s paid holiday to volunteer on an international project.

We also organise office-wide fundraising activities throughout the year. Find out more about the volunteering TPP staff have done this year.

We are delighted to be supporting World Land Trust's Plant a Tree programme as a corporate partner.

For every candidate we place in a permanent role or FTC we will plant a tree through World Land Trust's Plant a Tree programme.

By planting trees we are contributing to global reforestation efforts, restoring lost forests, repairing damaged ecosystems and mitigating climate change.

TPP Recruitment have chosen to work with Climate Impact Partners to offset our carbon emissions with projects that cut carbon and improve lives.

Generating electricity through the burning of fossil fuels emits CO2, contributing to climate change, one of the biggest global challenges we face. In the UK, about 40% of our grid electricity is generated by burning fossil fuels.

As part of our approach to take responsibility for our impact on the environment and in line with our corporate social responsibility plan, we have partnered with climate and sustainable development experts, Climate Impact Partners, to offset carbon emissions associated with our electricity use.

TPP employees can use some of their paid volunteering days for green travel, i.e switching to flight-free travel.
