What can you expect from the role:

The role will be to cover and maintain the continuity of existing desks to include temporary and permanent vacancies. Working alongside and supporting consultants, you will have the opportunity to work across 8 divisions and disciplines, servicing live vacancies and ensuring clients and candidates receive the high level of service that TPP prides itself on. This is an opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skillsets, work with driven consultants and develop your career in recruitment in a way that suits and supports you. As Associate Consultant, you will grow and develop as a recruiter whilst enjoying the collaborative and inclusive environment TPP has to offer. You will gain a strong understanding of various desk demands and use your skills to find new ways of developing and improving the candidate and client experience.

Essential requirements:

  • Recruitment experience in a 180 – 360 role or experience working onsite doing talent attraction

  • Alternatively a background having worked within sales, in-house recruitment or candidate attraction in a university, charity, membership organisation or similar

  • Previous experience of successful stakeholder management or building client and/or candidate relationships

  • Communication skills to include your ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate and express yourself when speaking with or writing to all stakeholders
