TPP Recruitment are going through some particularly exciting times and are experiencing some of our most successful quarters across our 8 specialist divisions.  We are a leading brand with over 23 years of recruitment service to the non-profit and Third sector and due to this success and continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Coordinator.

This is the perfect opportunity for a consultant who has experience of either 180 or 360 recruitment but perhaps looking to move away from billing targets and business development. If you enjoy sourcing and matching candidates to job briefs and providing a high level of consultancy and service to clients, then this could be the job for you.

The Role

The role will be to cover and maintain the continuity of existing desks to include temporary and permanent vacancies.  Working alongside and supporting consultants with their existing desks, you will have the opportunity to work across various divisions and disciplines, servicing live vacancies and ensuring that both clients and candidates receive the high level of service that TPP prides itself on. The role of Senior Recruitment Coordinator will offer great variety with the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of skillsets and ensure that no day is the same.

Utilising your previous recruitment experience and the ability to maintain strong relationships, you will liaise with colleagues to gain a strong understanding of various desk demands and continue developing ways in which the candidate and client experience can improve.


The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within recruitment and appreciate the high levels of customer care that is required to maintain long term relationships.

TPP are looking for a consultant who has excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 

Ability to source, screen and match candidates to live jobs using platforms such as LinkedIn, Broadbean and our inhouse database is essential.

Understanding the importance of adhering to the relevant compliance associated to clients and candidates and GDPR is essential.
