If you are looking to move away from a 360-billing desk but enjoy sourcing and shortlisting candidates, writing creative job adverts, arranging interviews whilst providing a high level of consultancy to clients and candidates, then this could be the job for you!

The Role

The role will be to cover and maintain the continuity of existing desks to include temporary and permanent vacancies.  Working alongside and supporting consultants with their existing desks, you will have the opportunity to work across 8 divisions and disciplines, servicing live vacancies and ensuring clients and candidates receive the high level of service that TPP prides itself on.  This is an opportunity to broaden your knowledge of skillsets, work with driven consultants and develop your career in recruitment in a way that suits and supports you.

As Associate Consultant, you will grow and develop as a recruiter whilst enjoying the collaborative and inclusive environment TPP has to offer. You will gain a strong understanding of various desk demands and use your skills to find new ways of developing and improving the candidate and client experience. 

The role is currently remote, with the opportunity to go into our London office 1-2 days per week where you can try out the fabulous roof terrace.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within agency recruitment and appreciate the high level of customer care that is required to maintain long term relationships.

TPP are looking for a consultant who has excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to take a job brief, write inclusive adverts, source and shortlist candidates to live jobs using platforms such as LinkedIn, Broadbean and our inhouse database is essential.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of compliance and data management within a recruitment setting.
