TPP Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Billing Manager to lead TPP’s long established and successful Health and Social care division.  This opportunity for a hands-on manager has arisen as the current manager is relocating and therefore creating a chance for the successful candidate to become part of a hard-working team who enjoy the fast pace and variety that this sector has to offer.

The Role

As Manager of this well established and successful division, you will work closely with a team of three consultants who recruit experienced non-clinical professionals including medical receptionists, medical secretaries, practice managers and PAs on a temporary, interim, contract and permanent basis, working with both general and private healthcare organisations.  You will have day to day dealings with candidates and clients ensuring an excellent level of service is being achieved, addressing challenges that are faced daily with regards to running high volume temporary staff and supporting and motivating the team to delivery and achieve targets.  You will also be responsible for managing and developing your own desk which will cover contract and permanent roles within NMNC and social care across organisations such as children and families charities, housing, care and support.  The successful manager will have the opportunity to be a high biller earning off their own desk performance, but also be rewarded for the success and achievements of the wider team.  You will receive support from the senior management team as well as your fellow management peers and can develop and grow your division and input into company strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

We are ideally looking for a manager who has experience of recruitment within the healthcare sector, however this is not essential.  You will have led a team of consultants and be a strong manager who can support and motivate staff and take a keen interest in staying ahead of developments within the healthcare sector and general recruitment legislation. You will be able to think on your feet, be assertive yet diplomatic with a sense of empathy.
