TPP Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work alongside the Divisional Manager in developing and growing a new target area which provides support staff of all levels into the Higher Education and Further Education Sectors. The role of the Education and Specialist Support Recruitment Consultant will be to find the most talented and professional support staff for our clients. Working closely with the Divisional Manager, you will recruit a range of staff from all levels of administration, student services, registry and faculty staff through to senior appointments across a wide variety of clients to include Higher and Further Education, Primary and Secondary schools across the UK.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a 360 recruitment role, be motivated and interested in working within the Third Sector and be able to service existing clients as well as identify and develop new relationships. Working closely with the Divisional Manager, this role will involve you placing temporary, contract and permanent professionals, allowing you the ability to bill from the outset. This opportunity offers a driven Consultant huge potential to grow the business even further and therefore a willingness and ability to business develop is essential.

- Knowledge of the Education sector (desirable)
