TPP Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused Fundraiser to join us and train as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. This vacancy will sit within our Fundraising & Development Team and become an integral part of this fun loving, motivated and successful team. At TPP our consultants are professional, ethical and passionate about working for the sector. We are looking for Fundraisers who love what they do but are perhaps looking to develop new skills whilst continuing to service a variety of exciting organisations with added incentives. You’ll be focusing on recruitment to high-value fundraising roles, for a wide variety of charities based around the UK. This area is seeing high demand at present, as charities look to pivot their fundraising strategies in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. Candidates are in short supply, so in finding candidates for charities our work is high impact. Your role is not limited to just sourcing to live opportunities – you'll be consulting with clients, offering specialist advice in several areas such as developing role profiles, salary bandings, flexible working and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
The role is currently remote, with the opportunity to go into our London office 1-2 days per week where you can try out the fabulous roof terrace.
- Salary between £28,000 - £36,000
- Commission paying up to 35%

The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a Fundraiser within a charity and we would be happy to speak with anyone that is motivated and interested in continuing to add value within the Third Sector. In addition to this, we are looking for candidates who are natural relationship builders, driven by excellent customer service and who can demonstrate a strong team-working ethic.
We have strong existing relationships with organisations and require someone who is willing to go the extra mile whilst also having the drive to seek and develop new networks and clients in this optimistic economy.
