TPP Recruitment love what we do and have continued to be a leading brand with over 25 years of recruitment service to the non-profit and public sector.  Due to our continued success and growth, we are now looking for additional support from a Recruitment Administrator.

This role offers great variety and career progression and will draw on your current skills such as your ability to multitask, prioritise and use your interpersonal skills to build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Role     

This is an opportunity to work with highly professional consultants who have excellent knowledge and experience in placing temporary and permanent candidates across our 8 specialist divisions.  You will develop strong working relationships whilst collaborating with and supporting consultants who provide a top service to our candidates and clients.

You will use your excellent administrative skills and be able to prioritise an ever changing and varied workload without risk to quality of standards.  You will have the opportunity to learn specialist areas of the business and assist us in resourcing, identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates, develop creative ways to writing job adverts, assist in arranging interviews, screening calls, data cleansing and database management etc.

The role is currently remote, with the opportunity to go into our London office 1-2 days per week where you can try out the fabulous roof terrace.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in recruitment and be motivated by ensuring our candidates’ experience an exceptional and seamless service. We are looking for administrators with confident and effective communication skills, solid attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously. Recruitment can be a very rewarding, exciting and challenging environment so your positive attitude, ability to use initiative and come up with solutions is key. A solid understanding of the importance of compliance and data protection is essential.

You will get continuous support and direction from experienced consultants as well as other support staff and our leadership team.
