TPP Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our long-established Education and Training team. We work with a huge variety of roles and disciplines within the NFP and Education sector. We do not cover traditional teaching roles, however are focused on a variety of niche professions.

TPP Education and Training offers a range of specialist recruitment services such as vocational tutoring, assessment and qualification development, employability, outreach learning programmes and roles within professional and awarding bodies to name a few. Working closely with 2 other experienced and successful consultants, this role will predominantly be focused on permanent recruitment and adhoc temporary vacancies allowing you the ability to bill from the outset and quickly gain momentum.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a 360 recruitment role, be motivated and interested in working within the NFP sector and be able to service existing clients as well as identify and develop new relationships. This opportunity offers a driven Consultant huge potential to grow the business even further and therefore a willingness and ability to business develop is essential.
