Recruitment Consultant – Fundraising and Development

TPP Recruitment seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Fundraising and Development team. This is an established, highly successful desk servicing permanent, contract and temporary vacancies across the UK. TPP have been established for 25 years, so you will enjoy leveraging existing client and candidate relationships, managing jobs and billing from the outset.  You will have access to an extensive and trusted database along with a LinkedIn Recruiter licence and various key recruiter platforms. 

TPP is a Flexa approved employer which means we have been verified independently as a truly flexible employer. Full-time, part-time, compressed hours and job share options will be considered.  

The Role

Our Fundraising team is set up to offer a truly specialist service to our clients. In this role you will work alongside a consultant who focuses on director-level appointments, and another who focuses on recruiting to “Individual Giving” roles (I.e. Direct Marketing and Legacy Fundraising). Your focus will be on “high-value” fundraising roles (I.e. fundraising from Corporates, Wealthy Donors or Trusts and Foundations) - an area that is in high demand at present, as charities look to adapt their fundraising strategy in response to the Covid pandemic.  

The role is currently remote, with the opportunity to go into our London office 1-2 days per week where you can try out the fabulous roof terrace. 


  • Salary between £28,000 - £36,000  
  • Commission paying up to 35%

Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have previous recruitment experience, with an emphasis on relationship development, retention and candidate management, experience of recruiting to fundraising vacancies would be highly advantageous. We are also interested in hearing from anyone looking to move from the fundraising sector into a recruitment role. Due to our reputation, you will enjoy a very warm desk with the opportunity to successfully fill vacancies with existing clients immediately, however you must have the drive and ambition to develop new business You will benefit from the support of an experienced manager along with client service managers who assist with client development, relations, PSL’s, tenders and offer advice on recruitment campaigns ensuring we maximise business opportunities.
