TPP are looking to recruit a consultant with a background in temporary recruitment, someone who is adaptable, resilient and who embraces the everyday challenges of speed associated with temporary recruitment working within healthcare.

You will become the 3rd member of this well established and highly successful division where you will be able to inherit an existing client base, working to targets to maintain a very healthy revenue and commission pipeline.
TPP’s Health & Social Care team are dedicated specialists in recruiting high caliber candidates across non-profit organisations, charities, health & social care providers, the NHS and private healthcare.
We support General Practice and Private Healthcare organisations with experienced non-clinical professionals including medical receptionists, medical secretaries, practice managers, PAs on a temporary, interim, contract and permanent basis.
The Ideal Candidate
We are ideally looking for a consultant who can prioritise a very busy dual desk predominantly temporary placements working within our Health and Social care team. The suitable candidate will be able to account manage while strengthening and retaining existing relationships as well have the confidence and drive to develop new relationships and network across the sector.
