We are looking for an experienced 360 Consultant to inherit an existing, lucrative and successful business area within our Specialist Support team. Focusing on Permanent recruitment, this role is to work closely with 2 other Permanent Consultants and form part of a 5 person team. The Specialist Support division enjoys all the benefits of over 21 years of client and candidate relationship building and has the pleasure of working in partnership with many varied and interesting clients within the not for profit arena. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Consultant who has demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, self-motivated and driven with a consistent billing history and ability to work in a collaborate fashion. The Specialist Support team is the longest established of our eight divisions and has an excellent reputation. You’ll be recruiting across a wide range of support functions vital to the running of any not for profit organisation. The roles are interesting and varied and cover anything from entry level support to PA, research and advocacy, programme and project coordination, events, membership and database management, governance , supporter care, fundraising support through to senior operational roles.

The Ideal Candidate
Ideally we are looking for a 360 Consultant who has a track record of developing new business, either working on a cold desk or a startup business area.
