TPP currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Recruitment Consultant to join our Specialist Support team, building and maintaining a Temporary desk. You will work closely with 3 successful and established consultants, and form part of a 7 person team. The Specialist Support division enjoys all the benefits of over 20 years of client and candidate relationship building and has the pleasure of working in partnership with many varied and interesting clients within the not for profit arena. The Specialist Support team is the longest established of our eight divisions and has an excellent reputation. You’ll be recruiting across a wide range of support functions vital to the running of any not for profit organisation. The roles are interesting and varied and cover anything from entry level support to PA, research and advocacy, programme and project coordination, events, membership and database management, governance , supporter care, fundraising support through to senior operational roles.

The Ideal Candidate
Ideally we are looking for a Consultant who has substantial experience of developing and managing a high volume temporary desk, ideally within the third or public sector, although this is not essential and we will certainly consider those from commercial agencies. TPP offer a highly competitive salary and an excellent commission scheme and in return, are looking for someone who is motivated, hardworking and passionate about what they do. We have strong existing relationships with organisations and require someone who is willing to go the extra mile whilst also having the drive to seek and develop new networks and clients in this dynamic and rewarding sector.

- Knowledge of the not for profit sector (desirable)
