TPP Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven and highly motivated 360 recruitment consultant to inherit a temporary, interim and contracts desk. You will benefit from working alongside the Divisional Manager in developing and growing a successful niche which provides support staff of all levels into the Higher and Further Education Sectors. This is one of the fastest growing divisions within TPP and offers real scope for growth and success. The role of the Education and Specialist Support Recruitment Consultant will be to find the most talented and professional support staff for our clients. Working closely with the Divisional Manager, you will recruit a range of staff from all levels of administration, student services, registry and faculty staff through to senior appointments across a wide variety of clients to include Higher and Further Education, Primary and Secondary schools across the UK.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a 360 recruitment role, be motivated and interested in working within the Higher Education Sector and be able to service existing clients as well as identify and develop new relationships within Education. Working closely with the Divisional Manager, this role will involve you placing temporary and contract roles up to 6 months, allowing you the ability to bill from the outset. This opportunity offers a driven Consultant huge potential to grow the business even further and therefore a willingness and ability to business develop is essential.
- A track record in developing and growing a successful temporary desk
- Proven track record of winning and developing business
- Ability to build a strong rapport with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Education sector (highly desirable)
- Salary between £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
- Outstanding commission paying up to 35%
