It is vital that we secure an experienced and engaging Consultant to develop and expand these further, being mindful of how strategically critical HR relationships are to the success of the wider TPP business.
The successful consultant will join a highly collaborative team and work closely with the Business Manager who covers interim and fixed term contracts up to 6 months and get the leadership and support of a very hands-on Divisional Manager. You will be instrumental in sourcing the best HR talent and be an advocate to diversity and inclusion whilst helping a range of candidates with their careers to ensure organisations achieve their purpose.

The role of the HR Recruitment Consultant will be to find the most talented and professional HR candidates for our clients. You will recruit across all roles within HR, from entry level through to senior appointments across a wide variety of clients ranging from health, human rights, animal, urban innovation and children’s charities to name a few. The role has a unique and positive impact across the whole of our business here at TPP due to the strategic placement of HR professionals and therefore works very closely with all 8 of our specialist divisions.
You will have the opportunity to not only hit the ground running in terms of warm clients and jobs on, but you will also be able to utilise your full 360 experience to ensure that you not only manage existing relationships, but that you are driven and motivated to want to grow this even further.
During COVID-19, the HR remit have continued to be one of our highest billing teams, experiencing a consistent flow of jobs both from existing and new clients. We have partnered with organisations and hosted forums and seminars particularly around Diversity and Inclusion, resulting in our clients’ faith in our commitment and expert knowledge in the area. We plan to continue to build our reputation in this area, and the successful candidate will be part of this journey.
The Ideal Candidate
This is a challenging and rewarding warm client portfolio; placing permanent professionals, allowing you the ability to bill from the outset. This opportunity offers a driven Consultant huge potential to grow the business even further and therefore a willingness and ability to business develop is essential. You will benefit from the success of a Business Manager, who has a strong traction recruiting temporary and contract HR professionals.
Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate will have an appreciation for the urgency that this specialism requires and the impact it will have across all 8 divisions.
If you enjoy networking and developing authentic and solid relationships with all stakeholders, being consultative, keeping abreast of recruitment legislation particularly around HR, account management as well as business development, then you will enjoy a highly successful and long-term career with TPP.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A successful track record in 360 recruitment
- A proven track record of winning and developing business
- The ability to build a strong rapport with key stakeholders
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Knowledge of the NFP sector (desirable)
- Experience of HR recruitment (advantageous but not essential)
- Salary £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience & outstanding commission paying up to 35%
