Being promoted to Business Manager level as this achievement is due to consistent billing, bringing on new clients and exceeding my targets which I am most proud of.  My efforts and hard work has been rewarded with some amazing experiences such as a day at the Henley Regatta and a private Chef experience at the Dorchester hotel which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

I worked in recruitment for 2 and half years before taking a 2 year break to travel the world.

I wanted to join a recruitment company that had a ‘grown up’ culture where I have the autonomy to run my own desk.  TPP came across as a fun, friendly place to work where everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Quarterly lunches when you hit target!  Afternoon off work, delicious food and plenty of wine!

What’s the achievement you are most proud of?
Winning an Innovation competition, for my suggestions on the Leadership Academy that has been implemented. I am very proud of getting the support and backing from TPP's senior leadership team to head up a new Higher Education team focusing on education and support staff.
