TPP offer industry leading flexible working, with no core hours, remote first work with access to a stunning London based office.  Use once a week or a minimum of 2 days a month.

We are open to part time and compressed hours and job shares. 

TPP offer competitive salaries and one of the best bonus schemes in the industry, so you have the opportunity to boost your earnings through your own achievements.

Up to 35% commission plus additional 2.5% if end of year target is achieved

24 days annual leave increasing by one day per year up to a max of 32 days.

Staff have the opportunity to Buy/Sell up to 3 days holiday per year - after 12 months service.

Our office has remote working over the Christmas period. Everyone gets their birthday as a day’s leave or the closest working day.

We believe that volunteering is a crucial part of supporting the non-profit sector. ​​You’ll get 5 days paid leave to dedicate time to a charity of your choice. 

Plus 1 week paid leave to volunteer for an international project - after 3 years service. 

TPP Wellbeing Health Hub is a central place with easy access to resources which will help you strengthen self-care and look after your own wellbeing. Here you can find information such as our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Financial Wellbeing and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to name but a few.

That's not all!

We hold quarterly lunches in top City of London restaurants for consultants who exceed their targets. We have regular competitions, past prizes include corporate day at Ascot and lunch at the Chef’s table at the Savoy.

​After 3 years service, 3 months full basic pay top up on maternity and 2 weeks full basic pay top up for paternity.

Staff have the opportunity to apply for a season ticket loan helping towards your travel expenses.

We are also pleased to offer the Cycle to Work Scheme enabling our staff to purchase bikes and cycling equipment in an easy and tax efficient manner.

​We want our staff to feel comfortable whilst at work, so we have adopted a business casual dress code.

Employees can use some of their paid volunteering days for green travel, i.e. switching to flight free travel.

We will provide you with a 12-week induction programme, continuous training and development, shared learning and social group opportunities which will ensure you are successfully integrating as well as consistently developing your skills, learning and progressing.
